Rising Strong™ One Day Intensive Workshop

Have you made yourself vulnerable and are now experiencing disappointment or feeling frustrated or down? Are you ready to step into your worthiness and create a narrative that will move you forward?

The physics of vulnerability is simple: If we are brave enough, often enough, we will fall. Rising Strong™ is about what it takes to get back up and how owning our stories of struggle gives us the power to write a daring new ending.

In this one-day workshop based on the work and research of Dr. Brené Brown, we do work in 3 parts: The Reckoning- Walking into our story of struggle, recognizing emotions, and getting curious about our experiences; The Rumble- Owning our story and challenging thoughts we are making up about our struggle; The Revolution- Writing a newer, braver ending to our story based on our learnings.

Join others who are Rising Strong™ in NYC.

Friday, May 8th, 9AM-5:30PM with 45 minute lunch
